Laundry Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Laundry Attendant to join the Six Senses team. You will play a key part in delivering the brand’s high‑standard linen service while supporting the hotel’s sustainability and wellness values. The role involves handling guest linen requests, operating laundry equipment and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily washing, drying, ironing, collection and delivery of linen in line with hotel policy.
• Process guest linen requests promptly and coordinate with the Laundry Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area, including dusting lampshades, fans, machines and walls.
• Inspect laundered items for defects and ensure immaculate presentation.
• Issue uniforms to new staff and manage uniform returns.
• Report equipment faults and required repairs to the Laundry Supervisor.
• Follow eco‑friendly practices to reduce energy and chemical use.
• Adhere to safety, security and emergency procedures and LQA standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming.
• Willingness to follow brand values of sustainability and wellness.
