Laundry Valet Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the award‑winning team at The Dorchester Hotel as a Laundry Valet Attendant. You will be responsible for delivering a flawless laundry experience for our guests, ensuring every garment is handled with the highest standards of care and service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process, and deliver guest garments according to care instructions.
• Press, pack, unpack, and quality‑check items, including face cloths, housekeeping rags, and employee uniforms.
• Manage room moves, special set‑ups, and storage deliveries as requested by guests.
• Maintain flexibility across shift‑based hours (Monday‑Sunday, 07:00‑23:00).

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail when handling garments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of laundry processes; training will be provided.
