Lead Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive business and technology transformation programmes for a leading construction engineering firm. The role is hybrid, based in London, and involves close collaboration with stakeholders, project teams and technology specialists to deliver real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across multiple projects and programmes.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardise and automate business processes.
• Support delivery of digital transformation, AI, cyber‑security and other technology change initiatives.
• Work with technical teams to define and evaluate solution options.
• Support testing, business readiness and user adoption activities.
• Provide guidance and best practice to Business Analysts across the organisation.

Required profile

• Extensive Business Analysis experience within IT, transformation or change environments.
• Proven track record delivering requirements and process improvements for complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, Finance or Service Management platforms.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £75,000 and £85,000 per year.
