Lead Clinical Psychologist in Neurorehabilitation

About the role

The Camden Neurology and Stroke Service (CNSS) is seeking a Lead Clinical Psychologist to head its neurorehabilitation team. This senior position offers the chance to shape specialist psychological services for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions within a multidisciplinary community setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, management and supervision to Band 7 and 8a psychologists.
• Deliver specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments and interventions.
• Offer expert advice and consultation on patients' psychological care to the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead service development, patient engagement and the creation of a psychologically safe environment.
• Conduct audits, policy work and research to inform service improvement.

Required profile

• Qualified Clinical Psychologist (HCPC registered) with specialist experience in neuropsychology.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to work autonomously within BPS and HCPC guidelines.
