Lead Partner Project Manager

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Lead Partner Project Manager in London. The role manages Fever's biggest partners and their events and projects across verticals such as permanent attractions and museums, exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences and sports, building strong, long-term relationships and driving consistent performance growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage partner events and projects across all verticals, ensuring strong relationships and performance growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (BD, Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to deliver seamless launches and track progress.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, anticipating their needs and solving challenges together.
• Set KPIs, run data-driven growth strategies and prepare reports on performance and areas for improvement.
• Gather partner feedback on products and services and turn it into recommendations for product, marketing and operations.
• Grow into a team manager role, mentoring Project Managers, running training and supporting their growth.
• Build a 360-degree knowledge of Fever's teams and processes.

Required profile

• 6+ years in project management or management consulting.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• MBA highly valued.
• Proven track record of building positive working relationships and handling parallel work streams.
