Lead Product Manager – Accountancy

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own and grow our Accountancy Productivity portfolio. You will work remotely from the UK, partnering with engineering, UX, product marketing and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that help accounting and professional services firms manage work, people, clients and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for assigned capabilities, balancing customer value, market opportunities and technical constraints.
• Maintain and prioritise product roadmaps, making trade‑off decisions based on impact, risk and return.
• Conduct customer interviews, discovery sessions and usability reviews to translate firm needs into actionable requirements.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on practice‑management processes such as workflow, resource planning, billing and analytics.
• Leverage AI‑native product management practices, using agentic AI to accelerate discovery, planning and execution.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of accounting firm operations and workflow challenges.
• Proven product‑management fundamentals with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
