Lead Product Manager (Data)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager (Data) to shape and deliver innovative data products and platforms that generate measurable business impact for our clients across the public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex data products, platforms and services.
• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to steer product direction and strategic decisions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear product backlogs and outcomes.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams of product, engineering, data and analysis professionals.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Architects and Analysts to build high‑value solutions.
• Drive discovery, delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor other Product Managers while promoting best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering data products, platforms or services in complex environments.
• Background working closely with Data Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
• Demonstrated product leadership, roadmap management and prioritisation.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, modelling and governance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile settings.
• Consultancy, public sector or regulated industry experience is a plus.
