Learning and Development Coordinator

About the role

The Learning and Development Coordinator will support the delivery of innovative training and development programmes for a leading FMCG organisation in Maidstone. Working closely with internal teams, you will help build the skills and capabilities of employees to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule learning and development programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in designing training materials tailored to the FMCG sector.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of employee participation and progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and improvement opportunities.
• Support the implementation and administration of e‑learning platforms and related technologies.
• Provide administrative support for training sessions, including venue booking and material preparation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with best practices in learning and development and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a learning and development coordination role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge of learning and development principles and best practices.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
