Learning and Development Facilitator

About the role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Facilitator to join Greggs’ L&D team, delivering training and development across East Yorkshire, including Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Hull and York. The role is full‑time and field‑based, offering a mix of face‑to‑face and virtual sessions to support shop teams and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the national Learning & Development plan.
• Monitor completion rates of core programmes and training hours, reporting exceptions to Retail.
• Communicate non‑completion of training to relevant individuals and drive improvement.
• Assist shop managers and their teams in developing operational skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to keep training on track, develop action plans and review progress.
• Design and deliver both face‑to‑face and virtual development sessions.
• Contribute to the creation of L&D interventions and support Retail initiatives.
• Resolve customer‑related issues efficiently and effectively.
