Learning & Development Partner

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑known retail brand to find an experienced Learning & Development Partner. You will help shape how employees learn, develop and grow, ensuring learning is a core business priority rather than an afterthought.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and future development needs.
• Design and deliver engaging learning programmes across retail stores and head‑office.
• Create blended experiences, including face‑to‑face workshops, virtual sessions and digital content.
• Develop product‑knowledge programmes with internal subject‑matter experts.
• Facilitate workshops that inspire confidence and build capability.
• Support talent development, succession planning and career pathways.
• Help managers become effective people developers.
• Review learning impact continuously and adapt programmes as needed.
• Contribute to onboarding experiences for new colleagues in the UK, US and France.

Required profile

• Current experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Training within retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging learning programmes.
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence presenting to audiences at all levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, energetic and capable of working independently.
• Passion for developing people and building capability.
