About the role
This 12‑month fixed‑term position is for a Learning & Development Trainer who will deliver ILM Level 3 and Level 5 management programmes across the client’s UK sites. The role is classroom‑focused, combining hands‑on workshops, cohort support and material development to build real leadership capability.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver ILM Level 3 and Level 5 management programmes at multiple locations throughout the UK.
- Run practical, engaging sessions for predominantly operational teams.
- Coach and support learners, including marking assessments and providing feedback.
- Refresh and improve classroom materials and digital learning content.
- Contribute to wider L&D initiatives such as onboarding and content design.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering leadership or management training.
- Ideally ILM‑qualified at Level 3/5 or equivalent experience.
- Strong facilitation skills with confidence handling mixed‑ability groups.
- Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously.
- Willingness to travel across the UK (approximately six days per month, fully expensed).
