Learning Manager – Fulfilment Centre

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Learning Manager to lead the training function within a fast‑paced fulfilment centre. You will partner with site leadership and EU learning teams to design, deliver and continuously improve safety, compliance, process and onboarding programmes that enable associates to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of associate and leader training programmes, from needs analysis through execution and evaluation.
• Collaborate with other Amazon learning teams across Europe to share best practices and align training priorities.
• Plan, develop and assess training initiatives in partnership with senior site leaders and central learning functions.
• Identify gaps in quality or productivity and deploy targeted coaching or training interventions.
• Facilitate 1‑to‑1 and workshop sessions on leadership, coaching and management skill development.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects and training programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive learning decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
