Leasing Assistant Manager for Co‑Living Scheme

About the role

Amro Partners is launching a brand‑new Aparthotel Co‑Living scheme called The Canopy in Croydon, opening in December 2026. The Leasing/Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in mobilising the project, driving lease‑up, and overseeing day‑to‑day operations to ensure high occupancy and a premium resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the mobilisation and launch of the co‑living scheme.
• Lead leasing activities, conduct viewings, and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with operations teams to maintain smooth daily service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Occasionally travel for site visits or stakeholder meetings.
