Leasing Sales Manager – Vehicle Leasing Division

About the role

Our client has launched a dedicated vehicle leasing division and is looking for a Leasing Sales Manager to drive business development and grow the customer portfolio. This full‑time, onsite role offers the chance to shape the future of the division and progress to a Head of Leasing position.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities across multiple market sectors.
• Leverage existing networks and industry relationships to build a strong customer base.
• Identify, engage and convert prospects into long‑term vehicle leasing clients.
• Own the sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation, conversion and account management.
• Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the leasing division and influence growth plans.

Required profile

• Proven track record in vehicle leasing or automotive sales.
• Established network within the vehicle leasing industry.
• Commercially minded with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a growing division.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
