About the role

We are seeking a passionate Business Lecturer to join our client’s campus in Trowbridge. The role involves delivering vocational and technical Business programmes from Level 2 up to T‑Levels, helping learners develop commercial awareness and employability skills. You will work in a supportive, learner‑focused environment with a full‑time permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and assess learners across Business qualifications, including Level 2, Level 3 and T‑Levels.
• Design and deliver engaging, industry‑relevant lessons that build commercial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships or higher education.
• Use practical and creative teaching approaches to relate business concepts to real‑world contexts.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism and learner wellbeing.
• Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback and record assessments.

Required profile

• Experience as a Business lecturer or a strong background in the business sector.
• Ability to communicate complex business concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Commitment to safeguarding, professional standards and learner wellbeing.
• Willingness to work full‑time (37 hours per week) on campus in Trowbridge.

• Salary: £29,294 – £40,814 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.
• Permanent, full‑time contract (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year).
