Lecturer in Business Management

About the role

London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is looking for an experienced UK Higher Education lecturer in Business Management to join its academic team. You will teach across several business disciplines at Levels 4-6, support student achievement and contribute to an inclusive, industry-led learning experience. Teaching is Monday to Friday during the day, with a preference for availability to deliver a small number of evening sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, inclusive and industry-relevant teaching across Levels 4-6.
• Support student progression, achievement and academic development.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous enhancement.
• Maintain current subject, professional and pedagogic expertise.
• Collaborate with academic colleagues and wider support teams.

Required profile

• Master's degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Business or a related discipline.
• Recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCert or equivalent.
• At least two years of UK Higher Education teaching experience.
• Experience teaching across Levels 4-6.
• Strong communication, collaboration and student-support skills.
• Right to work in the UK; LCCA is not a licensed sponsor.

Desirable requirements

• PhD or equivalent professional standing.
• Fellowship of Advance HE, or working towards it.
• Relevant industry or consultancy experience.
• Experience supporting students with AI and digital tools, or helping SMEs, start-ups and freelancers.
