Legal Advisor – Remote (Contract, $40‑$110/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Advisor to work remotely on a part‑time contract basis. You will apply your expertise in commercial contracts, employment law, structured finance, private equity, and M&A to train next‑generation AI systems, ensuring that the models receive high‑quality, legally sound input.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and redline commercial contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on employment law, structured finance, private equity, and M&A matters.
• Evaluate SaaS Master Service Agreements, identify risk areas, and recommend improvements.
• Interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop compliance guidelines.
• Assess data‑privacy and regulatory compliance issues and advise on mitigation.

Required profile

• Strong background in commercial contracts, employment law, and structured finance.
• Proven ability to draft and review MSAs and other commercial agreements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
