Legal and Commercial Lead – Technology Resource Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Legal and Commercial Lead to join Penta Consulting, a leading technology resource solutions provider. The role will oversee the full contract lifecycle and ensure commercial activities align with regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for group companies, clients and suppliers, from initial review to execution, renewal and termination.
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalise commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, MPAs, collaboration frameworks, RFIs, SOWs and amendments.
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates in line with regulatory changes.
• Act as primary legal and commercial contact for client and supplier relationships, supporting negotiations and resolving queries.
• Monitor contractual compliance, service obligations and escalate risks or breaches.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal and commercial support to sales, operations, finance, contracts and compliance teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an in‑house legal or commercial legal role, preferably within a commercial, operational or compliance environment.
• Strong understanding of legal agreements, commercial risk, compliance and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and investigative mindset with high attention to detail.
