Legal & Contracts Advisor

About the role

ERSG is looking for a Legal & Contracts Advisor to join its Legal & Compliance team. The role supports global ERSG entities by drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and recruitment‑related contracts, while advising on risk and commercial terms.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate client contracts for temporary and permanent placements across all ERSG entities.
• Identify contractual risks and propose compliant amendments in line with legislation and internal policies.
• Manage post‑execution activities, including amendments, variations and ongoing compliance.
• Provide risk assessments and advisory support to business managers and leadership.
• Engage with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, finance and operations to ensure contractual alignment.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of relevant legal or contracts experience, preferably in a commercial or recruitment environment.
• Highly accurate, well‑organized and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and communicate contractual risks.
• Motivated self‑starter who can operate independently without line‑management responsibilities.
