Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts (SaaS)

About the role

Dexory is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its small, commercially‑focused legal team. You will work on a variety of legal and compliance matters, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracting for its SaaS and logistics data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, acting as the lead negotiator in commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT and other departments to review supplier agreements, conduct risk assessments and secure necessary approvals.
• Assist the General Counsel in ensuring Dexory’s operations comply with relevant laws and regulations across all operating markets.
• Develop, implement and support compliance programmes and training initiatives throughout the business.
• Support the General Counsel in managing disputes, litigation and other legal proceedings.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (LPC or SQE) with 3–5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience in commercial contract management and negotiation.
• Previous in‑house legal experience, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, practical advice to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.
