Legal Counsel - Commercial

About the role

As a Commercial Counsel in Legora’s London office you will support one of the fastest‑growing legal‑technology companies. Reporting to the General Counsel in Stockholm, you will work closely with commercial, growth, operations and procurement teams to draft, review and negotiate a wide range of customer and supplier agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the commercial legal partner for senior stakeholders in Growth, Operations and Procurement.
• Lead drafting, review and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts, focusing on efficient deal closure.
• Advise on commercial risk allocation, pricing structures, liability and contractual protections.
• Support go‑to‑market and procurement initiatives by creating scalable, repeatable contracting practices.
• Address data‑protection and compliance considerations within customer and supplier agreements.

Required profile

• Strong commercial law background with experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and partner with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solver with curiosity and a pragmatic approach to legal challenges.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.
