Legal Counsel – EMEA

About the role

Recorded Future is seeking an experienced In‑House Counsel to support its EMEA operations and occasional global legal matters. Reporting to the EMEA Lead Counsel in London, you will work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to facilitate commercial agreements and protect the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft contracts with customers, prospects, partners and vendors across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other internal departments to align legal support with business objectives.
• Review and approve marketing materials and initiatives to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited university and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in English and German or French.
• Minimum three years of relevant legal experience, preferably in SaaS/technology or public‑sector contracting.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial‑law skills.
• Ability to manage high‑volume, repeatable work while handling strategic issues.
• Self‑motivated, pragmatic and able to work both independently and as part of a global team.
