Legal Counsel – Employment Law

About the role

Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join its GB Legal team. You will work closely with the Associate Director, Legal – Employment and a range of senior stakeholders, providing day‑to‑day employment law advice across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on employment law and employee‑relations issues, including flexible working and data subject access requests.
• Support complex disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and restructuring activities.
• Manage employment tribunal claims and coordinate with external counsel.
• Draft and review HR policies, contracts and settlement agreements.
• Assist with Code of Conduct matters, internal investigations and legislative changes such as the Employment Rights Act 2025.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–3 years post‑qualification experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of collective consultation, TUPE and employment tribunal practice.
• Experience working with HR and employee‑relations stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
• Ability to build relationships, provide pragmatic advice and manage competing priorities.
