- Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to Operations, Finance, Trading and Product teams, turning complex issues into simple decisions.
- Support UK and cross‑border compliance, coordinate filings and regulatory submissions, and maintain policies, registers and training to keep the business inspection‑ready.
- Create and refine templates, clause libraries, playbooks and best practices, streamlining workflows and automating routine tasks.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common‑law jurisdiction).
- 4‑7 years post‑qualification experience, ideally with a mix of law‑firm and in‑house exposure.
