About the role

We are working with a global real estate company that is looking for a commercially‑minded Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join its in‑house legal team in London. The role sits within a high‑performing legal function and provides exposure to a wide range of commercial, corporate and real‑estate transactions while working closely with the wider business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the business on commercial, corporate and real‑estate transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide general corporate legal advice and support.
• Collaborate closely with business units to deliver practical legal solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified to practice in England & Wales with 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Background in a Top 100 UK law firm or in‑house experience at a large corporate.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and general corporate matters.
• Real‑estate experience is desirable but not essential.
