Legal Helpline Advisor (Hybrid, Cardiff)

About the role

Arc Legal is seeking a Legal Helpline Advisor to join its Cardiff team on a hybrid basis. You will provide telephone‑based legal advice to customers, covering consumer, property, employment, and landlord‑tenant matters. This position is ideal for recent LPC graduates or paralegals looking to deepen their expertise in legal insurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to legal queries.
• Deliver accurate advice on consumer, property, employment, and landlord‑tenant law.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the company’s system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Recent LPC graduate or experienced paralegal with exposure to any of the focus areas.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work both in the office and remotely as required.
• Based in or willing to commute to Cardiff.
