About the role

Join a specialist Art & Luxury legal team as a Personal Assistant to a high‑energy lawyer. You’ll be immersed in a fast‑moving environment dealing with priceless artwork, vintage cars, rare wines and high‑net‑worth clients, ensuring the lawyer can focus on complex, high‑profile matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, high‑level PA support to a senior lawyer within the Art & Luxury practice.
• Manage diary, travel arrangements and client liaison, adapting to constantly changing priorities.
• Coordinate documentation and communications for disputes involving forged artwork, damaged paintings, and luxury asset litigation.
• Handle confidential information and maintain meticulous records of case‑related activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Legal Personal Assistant or in a comparable legal support role.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment and juggle multiple high‑profile tasks.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a polished professional demeanor.
