Legal PA – Partner Support (Hybrid, up to £52k)

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Personal Assistant to provide high‑level support to senior Partners within our Corporate Finance department. The role combines office‑based collaboration with remote flexibility, offering a 50/50 hybrid working model in a modern, resort‑style London office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings for Partners.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
• Prioritise competing tasks and ensure Partners stay ahead of their commitments.
• Provide proactive problem‑solving and organisational support.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Legal PA, preferably supporting Partners.
• Exceptional organisational and anticipatory skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle confidential information.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
