Legal Practice Project Lead

About the role

The Legal Practice Project Lead will work closely with the Legal Practice Manager to drive service improvements across the legal department. This full‑time, temporary position focuses on implementing new systems, refining processes, and enhancing operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of the new case management system.
• Assist in creating, reviewing, updating, and embedding processes and procedures across Legal Services.
• Provide support and mentoring assistance to the Legal Practice Manager.
• Support the review of the Practice Support Team, including workloads, service delivery arrangements, training needs, service level agreements, and operational processes.
• Work with managers and staff to identify opportunities for service improvement and increased efficiency.
• Assist with monitoring, reporting, and implementing improvement plans arising from service reviews.

Required profile

• Experience supporting legal practice operations or similar environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with managers and staff to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
