Legal Secretary – Private Client (Hybrid, London)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Private Client fee earner in London. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with one day per week remote and a competitive salary.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the fee earner’s diary and schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming post and prepare correspondence.
- Complete legal forms and open/close client files.
- Produce and organise documents for the Private Client department.
- Provide proactive administrative assistance to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Required profile
- Minimum five years’ experience supporting Private Client solicitors.
- Extensive knowledge of Private Client matters.
- Strong organisational abilities and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required skills

- Salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experience.
