Leisure Centre Sales Manager

About the role

Our client, one of the UK’s largest and most progressive leisure operators, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a busy team at their flagship leisure and sports centre in Farnham, Surrey. You will drive membership sales growth and ensure a high‑quality experience for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide line‑manager support to Sales Membership Advisors, maximising every sales opportunity.
• Set and monitor KPIs and targets for the team.
• Hold regular meetings to review performance and align with the company’s values.
• Promote the “everyone’s a member” philosophy and convert users into members.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and overall excellence.
• Empower the team to become subject‑matter experts with deep product knowledge of the facilities.
• Ensure administration and systems are up‑to‑date and compliant.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales membership management, sales management or consultancy.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrable strong customer‑service background.
• Track record of motivating and driving a sales team to achieve targets.
