Leisure Receptionist

About the role

As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Leisure Receptionist creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the club. You will manage the reception desk, handle bookings and enquiries, and ensure every visitor leaves looking forward to their next visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional welcome.
• Operate the reception desk efficiently, recording bookings and verifying member access.
• Maintain a clean, tidy reception area and uphold personal presentation standards.
• Provide accurate information about facilities, opening times and current promotions.
• Handle cash transactions, follow security and emergency procedures, and comply with health, safety and licensing regulations.
