About the role
We are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead our residential lettings team in Bicester. The role involves overseeing the full lettings process, ensuring high‑quality customer service and driving business growth for a market‑leading agency. Alexander & Co specialise in residential lettings, sales and property management, offering a supportive environment and opportunities for professional development. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5:30 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and lead the operations of the Lettings team.
- Appraise and instruct residential rental properties.
- Maintain accountability for the quality of customer care.
- Meet and exceed targets for the lettings business.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and secure lettings.
- Ensure compliance with all legal obligations.
- Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of available properties.
Required profile
- Highly motivated and career‑driven individual.
- Proven experience in the current rental market.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage a team and deliver results in a fast‑paced market.
