Maintenance Lead - Part Time

About the role

The Maintenance Lead will oversee technical and mechanical upkeep of the property’s interior, exterior, grounds and common areas, ensuring they meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This part‑time position is based in Staines‑upon‑Thames and involves coordinating repairs, vendor work and turnover preparations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, assign and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine property upkeep.
• Diagnose defects, perform repairs and ensure all work follows established safety policies and procedures.
• Manage the turnover process, creating priority lists, scheduling vendors/contractors, and procuring necessary supplies and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in residential settings.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and follow safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with residents, vendors and internal teams.

• Technical troubleshooting and repair of building systems.
