Lettings Manager – Lead a Successful Team

About the role

Join a well‑established independent estate agency in North London as a Lettings Manager. You will own a thriving office, lead a high‑performing lettings team and drive growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the lettings team to exceed targets.
• Win new business through valuations, market appraisals and instruction acquisition.
• Grow the managed portfolio and increase market share.
• Coach negotiators to maximise performance and support complex deals.
• Conduct market appraisals, negotiate offers and secure new instructions.
• Build long‑term relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses.
• Monitor branch performance, deliver against KPIs and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills.
• Target‑focused, proactive and customer‑service oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.
