About the role
Leaders, an award‑winning property group, is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join its Warrington office. The position offers a dynamic environment where you will support customers throughout the lettings process and help grow the business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants.
Required profile
- Previous lettings experience.
- Ambitious, hard‑working and customer‑service orientated.
- Solid background in customer service.
- Motivated, enthusiastic and career driven.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary up to £27,500 OTE.
- Full‑time hours: Monday‑Friday 8:45 am‑5:30 pm and one Saturday per three weeks (9 am‑1 pm).
