Lettings Property Lister – Residential Lettings

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lettings Property Lister / Valuer to join our residential lettings team in Shawlands, Glasgow. You will be responsible for generating new listings, conducting rental valuations and delivering a high level of customer service while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and win new lettings instructions and secure properties for marketing.
• Build rapport with landlords and tenants through a friendly, professional approach.
• Conduct accurate rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property information in the agency system.
• Support the lettings team by proactively identifying business opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency (Lister, Valuer, Lettings or Sales Negotiator).
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
