Level 2 Accredited Immigration Solicitor (3 positions) – Nationwide

About the role

We are seeking three Level 2 Accredited Immigration Solicitors to join our nationwide team. The successful candidates will work within Duncan Lewis Solicitors’ award‑winning Immigration Department, reporting directly to the Department Director.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive immigration advice and representation to high‑net‑worth individuals, businesses and families across the UK.
• Handle complex legal‑aid immigration matters, including business immigration, human‑rights applications, appeals and over‑stay cases.
• Prepare and submit applications, briefs and pleadings for tribunals and courts up to the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
• Deliver technical expertise and guidance to junior lawyers and support staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of immigration legislation, policy changes and case law.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with Level 2 accreditation in immigration law.
• Experience in handling high‑value and complex immigration cases, including appeals and human‑rights claims.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid‑working team.
• Commitment to client‑focused service and ethical practice.
