About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery in Didcot. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to support children’s early development in a caring, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, age‑appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Promote children’s social, emotional and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery setting.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and staff.
- Support daily routines and contribute to the smooth operation of the nursery.
Required profile
- Recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early‑years practice.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and caring attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for supporting children’s development.
