Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Full‑Time Temp‑to‑Perm

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join primary and secondary schools in East London from September. This full‑time, temp‑to‑perm position offers the chance to become a permanent staff member after 16 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering inclusive, engaging lessons.
• Work with pupils in whole‑class settings, small intervention groups, and one‑to‑one sessions.
• Encourage confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours.
• Provide tailored support for pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEN.
• Help maintain a safe, positive and inspiring classroom environment.

Required profile

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a school setting.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Commitment to helping every child achieve their best.

• Daily rate of £92‑£120, dependent on experience.
