About the role

G2 Legal Limited is expanding its disputes team and seeks an experienced Litigation Solicitor who can take ownership of a diverse caseload and lead a junior team member. The role offers a clear pathway to a future Head of Department position for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

Manage an independent caseload covering general property litigation, contentious leasehold and enfranchisement, possession claims, and employment settlement agreements.
Supervise and mentor a paralegal, ensuring high‑quality delivery of client matters.
Collaborate with senior partners to develop litigation strategy and contribute to business development.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
Proven ability to work independently with light supervision.
Experience supervising junior staff.
Strong background in leasehold and enfranchisement matters (desirable).
