Litigation Solicitor – Future Head of Department Role

About the role
G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, supervise a paralegal and have the opportunity to progress into a future Head of Department position.
Key responsibilities
- Handle general property litigation matters.
- Manage contentious leasehold and enfranchisement cases.
- Oversee possession claim proceedings.
- Draft and negotiate employment settlement agreements.
- Supervise and mentor a junior paralegal.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Proven ability to work independently with light supervision.
- Experience supervising junior staff.
- Strong background in leasehold and enfranchisement work is desirable.
