Live-in Family Cook & Home Helper (Chelsea)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, live‑in cook and home helper to join a family of five in Chelsea. You will be responsible for preparing daily meals, managing the kitchen and supporting the children’s routine in a warm, domestic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dinner for the whole family, including separate meals for the children when required.
• Plan menus, shop for groceries daily and maintain a well‑stocked pantry.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and fully equipped.
• Assist with school pick‑ups, homework support and occasional babysitting.
• Engage in light household duties and play sports with the children after school or at weekends.
• Travel with the family on occasion and ensure safe transport with a full UK driving licence.

Required profile

• Passion for food, reliable, creative and comfortable cooking family favourites, comfort food and children’s meals.
• Strong all‑round kitchen skills, including baking.
• Experience working in a private domestic environment with children and pets.
• Professional behaviour at all times, easy‑going, flexible and willing to “muck in”.
• Possibly studying or wishing to study while working, with ample downtime.

What we offer

• Salary of £25,000 per year.
• Free 2‑bedroom accommodation (shared with a team member) in the heart of Chelsea, all bills paid.
• 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, average working hours 2 pm‑6 pm.
• Opportunity to travel with the family and to study while employed.
