Live-in Nanny – Childcare & Light Housekeeping

About the role

We are seeking a caring and reliable live‑in nanny to provide comprehensive childcare and light housekeeping for a multi‑aged family in London, Ontario. The role includes supporting the children’s daily routines, educational activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children of various ages, including transportation to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
• Discipline children according to parents’ guidelines and promote personal hygiene and social development.
• Plan and organize games, outings, and educational activities.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy household.
• Travel with the family on trips, assisting with child supervision and household tasks.
• Maintain daily activity logs and health records for each child.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school) certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant childcare experience.
• Flexibility, good judgement, organization, reliability, and patience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a family team.

Required skills

• Current CPR certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
