About the role

Sellick Partnership is seeking a qualified Adult Social Care Lawyer to work on a part‑time, remote basis for a respected local authority team. This locum position offers the chance to join a friendly, competent group and provide high‑quality legal support on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

Manage a caseload covering a range of Adult Social Care (ASC) matters.
Provide advice on sensitive ASC issues.
Deliver judicial review advice.
Handle Deprivation of Liberty (DOL) applications.
Represent clients in Court of Protection (COP) proceedings.

Required profile

Previous experience working in Adult Social Care law.
Experience within the public sector or local authorities.
