Logistics Administrator – Supply Chain

About the role

Join the Supply Chain Department at Lotus UK Manufacturing as a Logistics Administrator. You will ensure accurate receipt of material, maintain system integrity, and manage the movement of parts both on‑site and off‑site in a high‑performance sports car manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process material off‑site using the most cost‑effective methods.
• Liaise with shipping partners and end users to resolve queries and prevent delivery delays.
• Receive and process internal requests for part movements.
• Assist with collections from various points to customers across the site.
• Follow SOPs for administrative duties, including reporting and filing.

Required profile

• Inventory management experience.
• GCSE Maths and English.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Background in warehousing, planning, logistics or transport.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
