Logistics Assistant – In‑vitro Medical Device Manufacturing

About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support our in‑vitro medical device manufacturing facility. You will be the final point of contact for customer orders, handling picking, packing, weighing and labelling shipments while ensuring safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, pack, weigh and label products according to weekly orders and destinations.
- Ensure all packages are properly sealed and meet customer specifications.
- Log shipping, order and label paperwork following SOPs.
- Maintain stock using WASP ERP software and manage packaging material inventory.
- Keep products organised, monitor quality and storage conditions, and report discrepancies.
- Handle dry‑ice and frozen goods safely with provided PPE.
- Follow manufacturing best practices, safety requirements and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Comfortable receiving, stocking and stacking products and orders.
- Ability to pull, pack and load packages up to 25 kg per box.
- General understanding of packing procedures and basic arithmetic.
- Good verbal and written English.
- Previous dispatch or warehouse experience is desirable.
