Logistics Coordinator – Inbound

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator – Inbound to support our Transport Manager in managing the inbound flow of raw materials and finished goods. The role ensures smooth transportation, accurate customs paperwork and timely delivery to our distribution centres.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Transport Manager in selecting transport modes (air, sea, road) based on cost, time and product characteristics.
• Prepare and submit all required customs documentation, including import/export declarations and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with warehouses to receive, quality‑check and store incoming shipments.
• Arrange pickup and delivery schedules with carriers and clients, and generate shipping documents such as bills of lading and commercial invoices.
• Determine optimal inbound routes, maintain shipment records and produce performance reports.
• Verify supplier documentation, create ASN in Zedonk and ensure HTS codes are correctly uploaded.
• Monitor weekly deliveries with production teams and resolve any shipping issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inbound logistics, customs compliance and freight coordination.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and distribution centre processes.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work with multiple internal teams and external carriers.
