Logistics Coordinator – Premium Drinks & Wine Business

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a fast‑growing premium drinks and wine business in London. The role offers genuine autonomy and visibility across commercial, finance, customer service and operations teams, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the company’s supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound shipments from purchase order through to stock arrival.
• Coordinate imports, exports and third‑party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Monitor shipment performance, stock landings and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate ERP data and stock records.
• Handle freight quotes, shipping costs and supplier relationships.
• Support internal stakeholders and customers with logistics‑related queries.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations or import/export coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building internal and external relationships.
• Wine industry experience is a strong advantage.
