Logistics Manager – UK & EMEA

About the role

Orveon is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead third‑party logistics (3PL) operations across the UK and EMEA for its premium beauty brands. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams, external warehouse partners, transport providers, and key retail accounts, ensuring seamless, on‑time fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with two 3PL warehouse partners in the UK and France, plus an external kitting company.
• Monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular reviews and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL partners to boost efficiency, accuracy and cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee warehouse cost performance, track cost‑per‑unit metrics and identify savings opportunities.
• Lead the 3PL tendering process, including RFP preparation, supplier evaluation and transition management.
• Supervise inbound (purchase orders, stock receipts) and outbound (B2B wholesale, D2C e‑commerce) operations across all channels.
• Own escalation and problem‑solving for warehouse‑related issues to minimise impact on fulfilment timelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations to support end‑to‑end order processing for UK and EMEA retail accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing 3PL warehouse operations and logistics in the UK/EMEA region.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs, SLAs and cost metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, acting as primary contact for internal and external partners.
• Experience leading tender processes and implementing continuous improvement projects.
